Did I do a good job?

TL;DR:

Did I: fulfill my intention; aspire to the person I want to be; have fun.

I heard Ellen Hendriksen moonlight on one of my favorite podcasts. She talked about a question I ask myself a lot - did I do a good job?

As a people pleaser I crave the external acknowledgment. I need to internalize it instead. Intentional. Aspirational. Fun.

Do it(things) for the sake of it and having fun with everything you do.

Enjoy the ride where It's the journey not the destination.
